Perform maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role supports production through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation of completed work.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and compressed air systems
- Repair or replace equipment components including bearings, shafts, motors, and other mechanical parts
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production operations
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate requests for replacement parts and supplies
- Document maintenance activities within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Work closely with maintenance personnel and production teams to minimize downtime
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, hands-on attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to routinely lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical maintenance activities throughout the facility
