You will help the team deliver high-quality hose and tubing assemblies that meet customer requirements. You will work onsite on 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon–Fri), reporting to the Value Stream Team Lead and collaborating closely with maintenance and production teammates. Your work ensures assemblies pass inspection and pressure testing to support on-time shipments and production goals.

• Operate equipment within the Hose Assembly Value Stream to meet quality and productivity targets
• Pull setup sheets, select tooling, and verify crimp dimensions, drawings, and pressure ratings
• Pull components, inspect tubing/hose, and check all dimensions against drawings or crimp requirements
• Perform pressure testing of hose assemblies and maintain accurate production and test records
• Label finished hose products and complete production reports
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow 5S practices
• Detect and report problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team Lead
• Participate in lean initiatives and peer-based teams; perform related duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening
• Willingness to complete on‑the‑job training (1–8 weeks, up to 10 weeks if needed)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to monitor machine sounds and identify changes to take appropriate action
• Strong attention to detail and continuous mental/visual/audio focus
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from the Value Stream Team Lead
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling

• Production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid math, reading, and writing skills
• Sound decision‑making abilities
