We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team  Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all production equipment operates efficiently and consistently meets output standards while maintaining product quality within specifications and minimizing costs. This role provides leadership and direction to the production team, focusing on hiring, developing, and retaining a skilled and motivated workforce to support operational goals and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication tooptimizecustomer service and production efficiency.
• Oversee and implement training programs for new and existing employees, including orientation, safety protocols, and skill development.
• Ensure production targets are met according to the established schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct daily shift handoff meetings with incoming and outgoing supervisors toalignpriorities andmaintainoperational continuity.
• Plan and coordinate labor distribution, adjusting work assignments and schedules in response to changing production demands.
• Monitor and manage daily labor efficiency, equipment downtime, resin specifications, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Verify silo readings, connect hoses, and cross-check documentation to ensureaccuratematerial transfers.
• Lead monthly safety meetings to reinforce safety practices and compliance.
• Assist with regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to direct reports and plant personnel.
• Partnering with cross-functional support teams to deliver effective training, coaching, and development programs.
• Promoting employee engagement and retention through mentorship, recognition, and career growth opportunities.
• Ensuring alignment of team goals with organizational objectives to drive operational excellence.
• Cultivating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that supports continuous improvement and accountability.
