Lyondell Basell Mansfield site is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead production, maintenance and logistics for the largest APS site. You’ll oversee ~75% of the site workforce, directing manufacturing and reliability with a focus on safety and on-time delivery.
Requires Lean/Six Sigma experience, P&L/budgeting skills, and strong communication to influence corporate and site leadership. Develop leaders, manage budgets, and drive capital projects for improved efficiency.
