What a Day Looks Like From the first bucket you handle to the last pallet you stack, you’ll move with purpose on the production floor:
Attach metal/plastic handles to empty 5-gallon buckets
Secure lids on finished buckets for shipment
Verify labels for correct print and placement
Build, wrap, and stack pallets to specification
Pitch in wherever needed across the production area
Keep your station clean and maintain safe work practices
Take on additional general labor duties as assigned
Pay and Schedule1st
Shift: $14.00 per hour | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM2nd
Shift: $15.00 per hour | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Rotating: 2 days on / 2 days offFull-Time with weekly payWhat You’ll Bring Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting
Strong attention to detail and label accuracy
Dependable attendance and solid work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Physical Demands Stand for long periods
Bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Lift and move production materials as needed
Work effectively in a hot environment
