Next Deavor in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Silicone Extrusion Operator to operate and set up extrusion equipment for quality hose production. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs 3:30 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, onsite to support production goals.
You will collaborate with maintenance and leads, monitor tolerances, document process data, and uphold safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
