Predictable hours that respect your time
- Perform focused histories and physical exams tailored to weight management and wellness
- Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and ECGs
- Provide preventive counseling, nutrition guidance, and program education
- Prescribe medications in accordance with collaborative agreement
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Document thoroughly in EMR according to company standards
- Coordinate referrals and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
- Mentor clinical staff and support quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in program development and pilot launches
- Contribute to enhancing patient experience and clinic performance
- Serve as a clinical liaison within the practice
