About the Role
This Registered Nurse (RN) position provides hospital-level clinical care in a rehabilitation setting. The role supports patients with complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical/wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and lines, tubes, and drains. Nurses deliver patient‑centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.
Hours & Compensation- Full Time: 36 hours per week, every other weekend rotation.
- Day Shift: 5:45am‑6:15pm
- Night Shift: 5:45pm‑6:15am
- Base Compensation: $37.60/hr – $44.71/hr (based on experience)

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy, and others to deliver advanced care such as IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, and management of lines, tubes, and drains. Responsibilities also include comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, and management of the 10‑14 day average length of stay for patients with conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, cardiac and orthopedic illnesses, and complex medical cases.

- BLS required
- 1+ year of RN experience preferred (acute‑care experience a plus)
- CRRN preferred
