• Provide highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients, incorporating assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.
• Collaborate and build relationships to foster a patient-centered, compassionate environment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional certifications as required by department.

• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to work with confidential material.

• Communicate clearly and openly with patients, families, and team members.
• Build collaborative relationships to promote a cooperative work environment.

• Ensure accurate, timely written communication of patient information.
• Provide therapeutic environment through safe, accurate medication and IV administration.

• Use the nursing process to ensure quality care throughout patient episodes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
