Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to provide direct patient care as the charge nurse and to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment on the unit. The role requires a BSN and current Texas RN license (or compact license), plus completion of charge nurse training within 90 days if external hire.
Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, with an advanced specialty certification (CCRN, CEN, RNC, etc.) or plan to obtain within 2 years.
