Role Overview
A registered nurse providing high-level, technical nursing care to patients in Women’s Services, including Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, Newborn, and NICU. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while supervising team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to ensure developmentally appropriate, standards-based care.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate clearly and foster a collaborative environment
- Ensure accountability and strive to improve patient experience
- Take initiative for professional growth and team development
- Build strong relationships with patients and staff
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
- Active nursing license in Texas or eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Women’s Services
- Ability to work in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and NICU settings
