Quality Engineer II is a position for individuals with foundational experience in quality assurance.

Thisroleinvolvestakingonmoreresponsibilityinquality improvement projects,performingdetailedanalyses,andsupportingthe developmentofqualitysystemstoensurecompliancewithindustrystandards Responsibilities

Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Lead root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for morecomplexqualityissues.

Develop and refine quality control systems, including inspection and testing procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive process improvements.

Preparequalityreportsandmetricsforreviewbyseniorteammembers.

Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.

Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceproductqualityandoperationalefficiency

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Advanced degrees cansupplement experience.
Experience:

Minimum of [3 years] of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Certifications:

Relevant quality certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable.
Skills:
