Plant Quality Manager
We are seeking a Senior Plant Quality Engineering Manager to lead and develop the quality function within a manufacturing environment. This role will drive quality systems, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and compliance initiatives while building a strong culture of quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors
- Manage and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements
- Drive AS9100D compliance, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues
- Apply quality tools including Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, Process Capability, and FMEA
- Monitor quality metrics, trends, supplier performance, and improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
3-5+ years of quality/manufacturing engineering experience
Minimum 3 years managing and developing teams
Aerospace, medical, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
Strong customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of AS9100D and quality standards (Lead Auditor experience preferred)
Six Sigma certification (CQE, CSSBB, CQMgr preferred) is a plus
Strong technical communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
AS9100D Lead Auditor certification
ASQ certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), or Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of quality improvement tools including SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, Process Capability, FMEA, and root cause analysis
Experience managing supplier quality and corrective action processes
