This is a full-time position offering a pay rate of $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Position Responsibilities:

As a Merchandising Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our in-store partnerships and workforce, driving success at the store level and contributing to our longstanding legacy of achievement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

* Using your own personal vehicle to travel to and complete in-store merchandising tasks within the designated stores assigned to your territory.

* Lead and train a team of Merchandising Associates within your designated territory.

* Collaborate with project managers and field operations to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.

* Maintain inventory levels, executing planograms, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel to ensure that the final presentation aligns with brand standards.

* Carry out assignments with the highest level of integrity.

* Address and resolve issues for our associates, store management, and brand clients.

* Actively mentor your team to cultivate a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

* Engage with team members to effectively offer constructive feedback based on performance.

* Identify challenges, develop strategic solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
