Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop by welcoming golfers, accurately processing charges at the register, and properly checking in all players before their round;
Handle member/guest inquiries, manage tee-time bookings in person and over the phone;
Oversee inventory management by checking in merchandise and restocking as needed;
Assist with course operations and coordination between pro-shop and golf operations staff;
Execute end-of-day closeout procedures and maintain orderly work areas
