Entry Level Account Executive; Sales

We are seeking motivated, entry-level sales professionals who are eager to launch their careers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and developing foundational sales skills through hands-on experience and structured training.

You’ll receive training in tools like Salesforce, sales process management, and prospecting strategies. Success in this role comes from consistent effort, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.

• Learn and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including phone calls, email outreach, and social media engagement
• Build relationships with potential clients and referral partners, particularly in the real estate and mortgage industries
• Participate in networking events and community engagement opportunities to grow your professional network
• Support the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to helping close new business
• Work with clients to understand their needs and help present appropriate solutions
• Maintain consistent daily activity (calls, meetings, follow-ups) to build a strong pipeline
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve sales skills and performance

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
• Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or internships is a plus
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed)
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful, but not required
