• Build and maintain a healthy, active pipeline of potential clients through networking and community involvement.

• Stay updated on product changes and coverage details so you can offer the best advice possible.
• Represent our agency at local events in Mansfield to build real, lasting connections with our neighbors.

• Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses for Texas is recommended but if you are not licensed we provide licensing opportunities.
• Experience in a sales-focused role where you managed a pipeline or client book.
• Strong comfort level with computers and learning new software systems.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to listen to client needs and explain complex concepts simply.
