We are seeking a full-time Power Systems and Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Mansfield, TX. This on-site role involves conducting diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on a variety of power systems, including generators, as well as commercial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control systems, performing routine maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.

Effective communication with clients and team members to ensure excellent service delivery is an essential part of this role.

• Strong technical skills in the maintenance and repair of power systems, including experience working with generators ranging from 15kW to 2000kW.
• Expertise in servicing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment, such as 5-ton packaged AC units to 500-ton chillers.
• Understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components, including control systems and diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in industrial and commercial settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable (e.g., EPA Certification, HVAC Technician License, or equivalent).
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or education preferred.
• Prior experience in a related field, such as industrial equipment repair, commercial HVAC systems, or power systems, is a plus.
