$35 - $45 per hour | Plano, TX | On-Site | Permanent

• Own inspections, service, installs, and repairs as a Senior Field Technician
• Design systems, pull permits, and run jobs from start to finish
• Provide input on workflow, scheduling, and structure as operational involvement progresses
• Support hiring and training efforts
• Lead and train additional technicians; enforce standards and accountability in the field
• Oversee operations, team performance, and growth as Division Leader

• Texas FEL‑K License – Required
• FEL‑A License – Preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• ~10+ years of hands‑on experience with extinguishers and kitchen suppression systems
• Strong experience in inspections, service, repairs, and installations
• Fully independent in the field

Phase 1:
Senior Field Technician – Immediate

Phase 2:
Operational Involvement – Short Term
