Kitchen Suppression & Fire Extinguisher Technician
$35 - $45 per hour | Plano, TX | On-Site | Permanent
Compensation Based on Experience.

- Own inspections, service, installs, and repairs as a Senior Field Technician
- Design systems, pull permits, and run jobs from start to finish
- Provide input on workflow, scheduling, and structure as operational involvement progresses
- Support hiring and training efforts
- Lead and train additional technicians; enforce standards and accountability in the field
- Oversee operations, team performance, and growth as Division Leader
- Texas FEL‑K License – Required
- FEL‑A License – Preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- ~10+ years of hands‑on experience with extinguishers and kitchen suppression systems
- Strong experience in inspections, service, repairs, and installations
- Fully independent in the field
- Hungry for growth and advancement
- Wants to move beyond just being a technician
- Likely undervalued or stuck with no clear path forward
- Strong leadership potential with accountability mindset

Senior Field Technician – Immediate
