Industrial Maintenance Mechanic — Multi‑Craft; Electro‑Mechanical

Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic — Multi‑Craft (Electro‑Mechanical)
Are you the go‑to pro when complex machines go down?

If you can methodically troubleshoot numerically controlled equipment, juggle PMs and urgent repairs, and keep a facility humming end‑to‑end, this role is for you.

What you will do Partner with Engineering to diagnose and correct issues on CNC (numerically controlled) machines.

Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across all machine types.

Identify faults, disassemble equipment, scope work, estimate labor, source or fabricate parts, reassemble, test, and return assets to service.

Execute preventive maintenance: inspect drives/motors/belts, verify fluid levels, change filters, replace worn parts, and clean/lubricate equipment.

Carry out safety checks and scheduled inspections for the full machine fleet.

Support facility maintenance (utilities, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, masonry) and small construction tasks.

Assist with capital equipment installs, including electrical wiring, ensuring safe and timely execution.

Coordinate and supervise contractors to meet quality, safety, and schedule targets.

Own maintenance recordkeeping and asset data in an electronic system (EMaint experience preferred).Draft project plans and provide succinct status updates.

Perform painting, sheet metal work, and welding as needed; uphold 6S standards and complete other assigned tasks.

What you bring

High School Diploma/GED plus seven (7) years in manufacturing equipment repair.

Deep hands‑on knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Ability to weld, fabricate, install, and repair equipment with a safety‑first mindset.

Basic math and computer literacy; quick learner with solid judgment guided by documentation and work instructions.

Team‑oriented communicator; proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding basic English.

Tools and systems

Electronic asset management and maintenance recordkeeping (CMMS); EMaint familiarity is a plus.

Work environment and physical demands

Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, tool handling, and reaching with hands/arms.

Occasional sitting, reaching overhead, stair climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking/hearing, and tasting/smelling.

Able to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.

Visual acuity required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
