Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Software Development Manager - AIML and Platform Engineering to join their team. As a Software Development Manager - AIML and Platform Engineering, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative AI/ML solutions and cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and mentor software development teams developing full-stack and cloud-native solutions across core applications, platforms, and AI/ML services.

+ Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and rapid delivery while maintaining a strong technical foundation.

+ Partner with product, data, and infrastructure leaders to identify opportunities where intelligent automation and data-driven insights can enhance business value.

+ Define and drive Dev Ops and platform engineering best practices - from CI/CD automation to observability and cloud optimization.

+ Ensure engineering quality through design reviews, performance metrics, and continuous feedback loops.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.

+ Proven success in building and scaling engineering teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

+ Solid understanding of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP), platform engineering, and Dev Ops tool chains.

Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
