Esther Delivery (ESTD) is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented players to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. There is quick upward mobility within the company into managerial roles, once an individual proves to be a reliable and professional Driver Associate that carries themselves with respect.

Compensation $20.25 Hour, Weekly and Quarterly bonuses available, and OT available through peak!

Shifts available 7 days per week.

Company Vehicle Provided!

No CDL Required Duties and Responsibilities Safely drive and operate the delivery van at all times, in varying traffic and weather conditions.

Use a hand-held device for route, customer delivery, daily operation.

Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery  CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:— Drive company-provided vehicle safely.— Lift and arrange packages of up to 50 lbs.— Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout the duration of the shift.

Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the U.S.Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus.
