The RoleWe’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Mansfield, TX facility. This role is essential in ensuring parts and materials are received, organized, and delivered efficiently to support customer orders, service teams, and overall operations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Pick and pack parts for outgoing customer orders
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Load and unload deliveries using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Track materials using warehouse management tools and systems
- Adhere to all ODRA safety and operational protocols
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to operate order pickers and move large parts
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Valid Class D Driver’s License
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
