Retail Operations Lead; Order Fulfillment

Job Summary

The Operations lead supports daily delivery operations at a Walmart partner location in Mansfield, TX. The role focuses on leading a small team, preparing orders, maintaining operational readiness, and ensuring safe and efficient drone delivery operations.

Salary: $22 - 25 per hour.

Work Hours:

Rotating Shifts.

Education:

No Degree Required.

• Manage the onsite team and daily delivery operations.
• Coordinate the team for accurate order preparation, site readiness, and safety compliance.
• Act as the primary lead for people management and operational problem‑solving.
• Interpret KPIs and performance metrics to drive daily operational excellence.
• Use data to influence performance, improve utilization, and support continuous improvement across the operation.

• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors depending on operational needs.
• Lift packages up to 35 lbs.
• Push carts weighing up to 160 lbs up ramps.
• Stand and move throughout the shift in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Ideal Candidate Background:
• Experience in warehouse, retail fulfillment, logistics, or operations environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating small teams.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be available 7 days a week; flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends.
