Location: Mansfield, TX
Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About the RoleODRA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Warehouse Associate / Material Handler) to support and strengthen daily warehouse operations at our facility. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.
You won't just be moving parts, you'll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.
What You'll Be Doing- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Operate warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily priorities
- Previous experience as a warehouse associate, warehouse worker, or material handler
- Proficiency in order picking, packing, and general warehouse operations
- Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
- Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
- Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (or equivalent)
- Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer
