• Basic salary between £30,000 and £35,000, depending on experience

• Servicing and routine maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
• Conducting diagnostics and mechanical repairs
• Performing clutch replacements, brake works, suspension, and engine repairs
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Supporting workshop colleagues to maintain efficient workflow and productivity
• Assisting in ensuring all work complies with industry standards and health and safety regulations

• NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Proven competence in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential
• Confident when working independently and as part of a team
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Reliable and team‑oriented individual with a positive attitude
