Career Opportunity as a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounting Assistant now available at Raymus Homes.Candidates must have2-4 years of accounts payable experience, strong people skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Master builder/SAGE, Mark Systems, and Quick Books experience a plus as well as experience in homebuilding/construction. Must enjoy working independently and be capable of multi-tasking. Hourly wages start at $18 - $22/hour depending on experience - plus generous health, vision, and dental benefits.
Qualifications- 2-4 years experience in accounts payable (check runs, coding, bank reconciliation, data entry, filing, bank runs, miscellaneous accounts tasks as requested, etc.).
- 1-2 years in construction, homebuilding, or related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be comfortable heavy payables role.
- Experience with Master builder/SAGE, Mark Systems, and Quick Books accounting softwares a plus.
- Must have clean driving record / be able to be covered by Raymus Homes Vehicle Insurance Policy.
- Must be able to lift and move 30 pounds.
