• Provide exceptional support to clients, carriers, and drivers via phone and email, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Dispatch drivers efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Receive drivers upon arrival and verify that deliveries are completed accurately, including documenting all necessary information in the delivery system
• Collaborate closely with the distribution team to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
