Dates of Coverage: March 23-25, will have additional sporadic coverage dates throughout the year
Details/Requirements:
Coverage is March 23-25 (more sporadic dates to come)
Average of 4-8 procedures per day
Setting: OBL/ASC. Mostly Dialysis Access Cases.
Expedited credentialing, 1-2 days max
Active California license
ACLS
Local candidates preferred but not required
