Must currently possess a Valid Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential with Authorization in Art, Dance, Music, and/or Theatre OR a Single Subject Credential in Art, Dance, Music, and/or Theatre. The following documents are REQUIRED to be submitted with your online application:
Letter of Introduction, Resume, Valid Multiple Subjects teaching credential or Single Subject credential, Unofficial Transcripts (Required for preliminary credentials: all colleges/universities attended), EL Authorization (must provide proof if it is not embedded in California Credential), Two (2) current letters of recommendation (within the last 12 months), CBEST (optional). Letters should be from current or former Principal, Assistant Principal, Department Chair, Program Director or Supervisor.

If you have not taught in California (new to the profession), please include a letter from your university program supervisor, master teacher, or practicum supervisor.
