Behavior Analyst
Under the supervision of the assigned administrator, the behavior analyst position mandates a mastery of skills for improving student success in school. The behavior analyst will supervise paraprofessionals and/or behavior support program assistants and work with other district staff to integrate current best practices, research, and laws into the education of general and special education students to meet the educational needs of pupils.
Performs other related services as assigned.

Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field. Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Two years of increasingly responsible experience working with educational agencies, school districts, colleges, and the community. Previous experience in program evaluation and data collection. Previous work experience in designing educational programs for students with autism, emotional disturbance, or qualifying conditions. IF HIRED - PRE EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT (At Employee Cost): TB Clearance, Fingerprinting PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INTERNAL CANDIDATES.
