Job Title
Under the direction of the site or department supervisor assigned administrator, performs a wide variety of site or department accounting and clerical duties, maintains financial records, performs financial procedures related to the purchasing and/or payment of instructional and operational supplies. Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education) or Equivalent. Two (2) years of increasingly responsible clerical experience. DESIRABLE EDUCATION/
EXPERIENCE:
College units in accounting. One (1) year of increasingly responsible financial record keeping.
Working experience with school accounting procedures and practices. PRE EMPLOYEMNT REQUIREMENT (At Employee Cost if hired):
