Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based Per Diem Opportunities

This school-based position is ideal for caring, adaptable individuals who thrive in classroom settings and want to provide essential support to students in need of 1:1 assistance.

Key

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Provide one-on-one or small group support, following guidance from teachers and staff
• Facilitate daily routines, classroom participation, and smooth transitions for students
• Help implement behavior support plans and adhere to IEPs when applicable
• Offer assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks as needed
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• TB test in line with district regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and offer lifting support when required
• Willingness to complete or provide current school-required clearances

Preferred Experience &

Skills:

• Background in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral health settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral concerns
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and team-focused approach
