Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based Per Diem Opportunities

This school-based position is ideal for caring, adaptable individuals who thrive in classroom settings and want to provide essential support to students in need of 1:1 assistance.
Key
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
- Provide one-on-one or small group support, following guidance from teachers and staff
- Facilitate daily routines, classroom participation, and smooth transitions for students
- Help implement behavior support plans and adhere to IEPs when applicable
- Offer assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks as needed
- Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- TB test in line with district regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and offer lifting support when required
- Willingness to complete or provide current school-required clearances
Preferred Experience &
Skills:
- Background in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral health settings
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral concerns
- Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not mandatory
- Reliable, patient, and team-focused approach
