Overview

Starting Wage: $17.00-$19.00. The more you are available, the more you can earn. This role is part time and requires a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

What You Will Do
  • This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
  • Safety First:
    Transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely, safe manner; adhere to traffic laws and driver safety requirements; conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
  • Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow — your playbook for success.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals and participate in productivity-based wage increases.

Team Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred.
  • No inventory experience? We will train the rest if you bring the discipline.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • We encourage applications from candidates who:
    No degree needed; no experience or returning to the workforce; military experience.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive motions, ability to squat/kneel/crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
