As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas while ensuring high standards of hygiene and comfort. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.
- Change bed linens and towels, and maintain laundry services as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when orders are needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents/guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving objects as necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning products is a plus.
