As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of operations at your assigned store. This includes staff management, customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, and financial management.

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee the daily operations, ensuring consistent operational excellence
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maximize store profitability
• Implement and maintain comprehensive training programs for staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
