About the Job
Domino's Pizza is seeking Customer Service Representatives who will handle telephone orders, prepare ingredients, and support daily store operations. The position may be part‑time or full‑time and offers flexibility to accommodate school or personal commitments.
Job Responsibilities- Operate all equipment used in the store.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare products as required by store operations.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
Essential Functions / Skills- Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
- Provide correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone communication to take and process orders.
- Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid, precise movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking – Short distances for short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum with work surfaces between 36" and 48" high.
- Sitting – Paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting – Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3' x 1.5') are unloaded by hand truck and may be stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
- Carrying – Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz) are carried to storage shelves; occasionally pizza sauce (30 lbs) is carried from storage to front of store.
- Trays – Trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs each) are carried three at a time over short distances.
- Pushing – Trays on dollies (24"–30" length) require up to 7.5 lbs of force; trays may also be pulled.
- Climbing – Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
- Stooping / Bending – Forward bending at the waist for assembly; often repeated during the day.
- Crouching / Squatting – Occasional use during stocking or cleaning low areas.
- Reaching – Above 72" to operate ovens, change sign prices, and lift objects; lowering to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes as needed.
- Hand Tasks – Continuous use of hands; eye‑hand coordination; forearm and wrist force for dough shaping and pizza tool manipulation.
- Machines, Tools, Equipment – Use pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
- Exposure to varying weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F+ in certain work areas.
- Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
- Puff of food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others.
- Work under stress, meet strict quality control standards.
- Deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
