** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location.

+ Control access at entrances and restricted areas by checking identification, validating badges, managing visitor sign-in and credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination.

+ Monitor access control systems, cameras, and/or alarm panels; document activity and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disputes at entry points, and medical emergencies requiring notification to clinical staff.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

* + A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
