Security Officer Access Screening in Manteca, CA is a Part Time position. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Healthcare. In this access control role you will monitor access points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Saturday: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sunday: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify identification and visitor authorization, and help deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, document observations, and communicate with staff and/or first responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, focusing on access points, parking areas, and other sensitive spaces.
• Support daily operations by assisting with badge checks, visitor sign‑in processes, delivery coordination, and other security‑related duties.

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories consistently with applicable laws.
• Drug screening will be performed to the extent permitted by law.
