Job DescriptionThe job involves preparing new homes for delivery to new homeowners, including: paint touch ups, caulking, fixing all trim carpentry work such as window casings, base and crown, cabinet repairs/touch ups, drywall repair & patching - including texture matching (must be highly skill), some tile repair, light electrical repairs/testing, cleaning, must know what to look for to finalize a home and may need to create your own punch list.
Essential to have the tools, skills and ability to perform all punch items in the entire home (2500 Sq. Ft. + average) in 8-12hrs or less per home. Home values range from $400,000 - $650,000. Must have the required skills to finish this level of home.
