This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diesel Mechanic located in Manteca, CA. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel-powered vehicles and heavy equipment. Key tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, replacing or repairing defective parts, and ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves maintaining detailed maintenance records and collaborating with other team members to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

• Proficiency in Diesel Mechanics, including troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines and related systems.
• Experience in Vehicle Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and Equipment Maintenance practices, with the ability to handle larger machinery.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• ASE certifications or similar industry-recognized credentials are a plus.
• Prior work experience in a similar role or field is preferred.
