Our company partners with large scale homebuilders throughout Northern California in jobs in the Stockton, Lathrop, Manteca, Modesto and
E.Bay Area.
We are currently looking for highly qualified, motivated candidates for high level finish work in Punch List/ Prep Detail in residential new construction.
It is production paced residential construction work with an emphasis on detailed finish skills.
The job involves preparing new homes for delivery over to new homeowners, includes anything from paint touch ups, caulking, fixing all trim carpentry work such as window casings, base and crown, cabinet repairs/touch ups, drywall repair & patching - including texture matching (must be highly skilled), some tile repair, light electrical repairs/testing, cleaning, must know what to look for to finalize a home and may need to create your own punch list.
Essential to have the tools, skills and ability to perform all punch items in the entire home (2500 Sq. Ft. + average) in 8-12hrs or less per home. Please required skills bellow.
Home values range from $425,000 - $850,000. Must have the required skills to finish a home of this level.

Experience:
32 months. Must have 2 1/2 years or more of PRIOR experience required in prep detail on production-built homes OR 3 years of high end residential property maintenance AND be FULLY tooled for the job to qualify for the position.
