Job Title

Previous experience installing residential battery systems (i.e. Tesla Powerwall, Enphase Encharge)

Previous experience managing or overseeing the work of others required

Previous experience utilizing power and hand tools required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety

Basic understanding of electrical wiring

Must possess strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills

Preferred:

Previous experience with solar PV installation, roofing, or general construction is preferred

Journeymen electrician highly preferred

Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints

Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
