- Previous experience managing or overseeing the work of others required
- Previousexperienceutilizingpower and hand tools required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Must be able tomaintaina high levelof quality assurance with an emphasis on safety
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring
- Mustpossessstrong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills
- Previous experience with solar PV installation, roofing, or general construction is preferred
- Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
