Class A CDL Driver – Local Route, Home Every Day (Tracy, CA and Surrounding Areas)
Looking for a dependable local driving position with great pay and consistent home time? We’re hiring Class A CDL Drivers to run drop and hook freight throughout California’s Central Valley. You’ll have steady miles, predictable routes, and a strong support team behind you.
Compensation & Schedule:
Earn $0.65–$0.71 per mile
Average weekly income: $1,200–$1,500
Full benefits package with 401(k) eligibility after 30 days
Daytime schedule — no overnight runs
Home every day, operating within Lathrop, Lodi, Stockton, Tracy, Modesto, and Manteca
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
Must live within 40 miles of a hiring city listed above
At least 1 year of recent OTR experience for experienced driver roles
Must pass a complete background screening, including hair and urine testing
Trainee Program:
Have your Class A license but lack experience? We’ll help you get started. Applicants who have completed a 120-hour CDL training program within the last two years are encouraged to apply.
30 days of OTR training with a certified trainer (travel across the U.S., no home time during training)
Training pay: $650 per week salary
After training, drivers earn full pay averaging $1,200–$1,400 per week
After training get into an OTR/Regional position to build your OTR resume.
