Job Description

Position: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $20.00/hourly
Location: Manteca, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:15 AM–1:45 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position primarily operates a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to retrieve and move inventory for order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has previous equipment experience, is comfortable working at elevated heights, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Retrieve products from elevated warehouse racking locations.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse while following all safety procedures.
• Verify order accuracy before staging for shipment.
• Assist with inventory movement and replenishment as needed.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
