Accounting Manager – Manufacturing | Onsite | Full-Time
We’re seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager with strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience to support plant-level financial operations. This role partners closely with the Plant Manager and operates independently, with executive leadership based out of state.
Must Haves:- 5–10 years of total accounting/finance experience
- Manufacturing experience required
- Cost accounting background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Comfortable supporting plant operations and cross‑functional teams
- Plant-level FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
- Cost accounting and manufacturing variance analysis
- Inventory oversight and audit support
- Operational efficiency & continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaboration with operations, supply chain, and engineering
