Project Manager; EPC

Key Responsibilities EPC & Contractor Management

• Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors during project execution.
• Track construction progress, schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance.
• Support resolution of on‑site technical and commercial issues.
• Review and manage change orders and contractor claims.

• Coordinate daily/weekly construction activities with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure construction activities align with project schedule and design requirements.
• Conduct on‑site execution as needed.
• Interface with local inspectors and relevant authorities (AHJ).

• Coordinate delivery and installation of major equipment (BESS, PCS, EMS, etc.).
• Manage interface between EPC contractor, equipment suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support installation and system integration activities.
• Support commissioning activities, testing, and energization.
• Coordinate system startup and troubleshooting with vendors and EPC teams.
• Support punch list resolution and project closeout.
• Help ensure successful achievement of COD.

• 5+ years of experience in EPC, construction management, or project execution.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, or construction teams.
• Background in solar, energy storage, electrical, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in a fast‑paced project environment.

• English (Fluent Mandarin strongly preferred)

• Experience in solar PV or BESS projects.
• Experience with electrical systems, substations, or power distribution.
• Commissioning or startup experience.
• Experience working with U.S. contractors and local permitting authorities.
• Background in EPC contractor, construction firm, or owner’s engineering team.
• PMP certification is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on project execution professional who can operate effectively across diverse stakeholders and multi‑regional project teams, ensuring smooth on‑site execution and successful project delivery.

This role is best suited for someone with strong field coordination experience who is comfortable working closely with EPC contractors, equipment vendors, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
