• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making
• Proficiency in operations management and process optimization

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience (preferred)
