- Oversee product quality across current and future production lines, ensuring readiness as capacity scales
- Establish and enforce supplier quality standards in partnership with procurement and production teams
- Work closely with manufacturing leadership to maintain quality performance during aggressive growth timelines
- Deploy and manage quality inspection resources aligned with production line needs
- Develop, coach, and optimize quality team performance, workflows, and operating cadence
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality related discipline
- 10 or more years of manufacturing quality leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading quality systems through production ramp and scale environments
- Strong people leadership and cross‑functional influence within complex manufacturing operations
- Deep knowledge of ISO standards and formal quality management systems
- Advanced degree or professional quality certifications such as Six Sigma or ASQ
- Experience with in automotive, battery, or high volume regulated manufacturing environments
- Exposure to global supplier quality management and multi‑site supply chains
